What Pricing Includes

Full use of “The Barn” for ceremony and reception and the 10 acres of grass area surrounding venue. The venue is surrounded by over 100 acres of rolling farm ground.

Friday, Saturday or Sunday rental gives access from 9am-11pm.

Set up and tear down of table and chairs. Choice of white ivory, or black linen table clothes. Set up of ceremony area included in rental. Credit of $500 if ceremony is held off site of venue.

Choice of white or black resin folding chairs.

AV equipment, catering kitchen, cake table, 3 farmhouse tables and bar.

No cleaning fee.
