What Pricing Includes
Full use of “The Barn” for ceremony and reception, and the 10 acres of grass area surrounding the venue. The venue is surrounded by over 100 acres of rolling farm ground.
Friday, Saturday, or Sunday rental gives access from 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
Use of “Get Ready Rooms” on the day of the ceremony.
Set up and tear down of tables and chairs. Choice of white, ivory, or black linen tablecloths.
AV equipment, catering kitchen, cake table, 3-farmhouse tables, 3 cocktail tables, and bar.
Set up of ceremony area included in rental. Credit of $500 if the ceremony is held off-site of the venue. Choice of white or black resin folding chairs.
No cleaning fees, unless excessive cleaning is required after the event.
Dedicated person responsible for security/parking/trash removal.

Additional Charges
Additional charge of $275 for security guard if alcohol is served.
Prices for rental space only. Does not include any coordination. Sales and hospitality tax not included.
