Reception Pricing, 4 hours min. $3,250

Additional hours: $300/hour

Additional charge of $250 for security guard if alcohol is served.

Sales and hospitality tax not included

Pricing includes:

• Use of Barn for reception.

• Set up and tear down of table and chairs.  White or black linen table clothes and black chairs.

• AV equipment, catering kitchen, cake table, 3 farmhouse tables, 3 cocktail tables and bar.

• No cleaning fee.

Monday-Wednesday: $3,000

Full use of “The Barn” for reception and the surrounding area around venue.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday rental 8am-11pm all other days 8 hours.

Set up and tear down of table and chairs.  Choice of white ivory, or black linen table clothes.

Set up of ceremony area included in rental. Choice of white, or black chairs

AV equipment, catering kitchen, cake table, 3 farmhouse tables and bar.

No cleaning fee.

Insurance Requirements:

1 million general liability insurance policy

Payment Schedule:

50% due upon contract signing. 100% refundable up to 6 months prior to event.

25% due 60 days prior to event.

25% due 30 days prior to event.
