The place is beautiful. I can't say anything about renting the venue because I'm just here for the party.

I am the Mother-of-the-Bride and owner of Skye High Events. So when my daughter asked for a barn style wedding, The Barn at Silverstone Farm had a lot of expectations to meet.

From my first visit, with my daughter on video from Houston, Marla was delightful! She showed me around the property and answered every question. If I am honest, she made it so easy, I almost did not trust it!

When my daughter came to town, Marla made herself available again for another full tour. My daughter was in love.

Many times you book your event and the service smiles change and become less. Not at The Barn. Marla stayed pleasant as ever and was the best at crunch time. When we were 14 days out, I had a meeting with all vendors and Marla was there as well. Her partnering with me to make sure everything worked was invaluable. We had a very extensive set-up with starry lights being hung from the rafters along with dreamy drapery.

In thr end, I wish we could do it again and again. We wouldn't change a thing. Book with Marla now and thank me later.

I had my wedding reception here in September 2025 and absolutely loved the process of working with Marla. We were looking for a reasonably priced place where we could bring in our own vendors and host around 100 people. When we first met Marla she was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The space is a beautiful, elegant, modern barn on their property that they built as a family. We loved how beautiful it was and fit our minimalistic vision. She offered "reception only" pricing which was perfect for us, as we had a private ceremony elsewhere. Other venues we toured were double the price, smaller, less beautiful, and did not offer much. After we booked, I contacted Marla frequently with questions and she was always super responsive. The event went off without a hitch and we had such an amazing time. We used Marla's speakers and mic, as we used a playlist instead of a DJ, and I thought it worked perfectly. I am so happy we booked The Barn for our wedding reception and I will enthusiastically recommend it to others!

I did not know this place existed 😳 my granddaughter got married here and this place was wonderful. From beginning to end this place had everything we needed. I will definitely use this place again if I had to. We all appreciated this venue. Please give this place a try.

Our son and his bride chose this absolutely wonderful venue to hold their wedding reception in October, 2025. Dad and I wanted to see where they chose. Marla welcomed us with open arms. This is a facility that does not have a catering or alcoholic license, but they have all the references to help you decide how to plan your day. They gave us an ample amount of time for set up of guest table/head table decorations, buffets and beverage stations. This event facility is located in a beautiful setting...well maintained, plenty of parking, great backdrops and natural settings for pictures. Our perfect weather allowed activities on the back natural areas and we enjoyed the open-air country setting for our bar service, photography groupings and yard games....it was just perfect. Highly, highly recommended......just arrange your food and beverage, they'll take care of the rest. We had very comfortable seating for 150 with a large dance floor, hors d'oeuvres, beverage, gift/memorial, cake and buffet tables. A separate, convenient entrance made food transport super easy into a very spacious production kitchen. Restrooms were unique, very clean, and accommodating, and a changing/relaxing room for the bride was much appreciated. I never knew of this location prior to the bride and groom's selection, but I, for one, was completely impressed with the uniqueness of this hidden gem and the absolute ease of working with Marla and her staff. Thank you, Marla, for making an often stressful day very enjoyable and helping us to truly enjoy the event. Every aspect, from start to finish, has delivered wonderful memories. You have a new fan!

Beautiful venue

Out daughter had her wedding reception there on one of the hottest days in August. The venue was so comfortably air conditioned. Marla was wonderful to work with. The venue is newer and she told us things that would be done by the time our reception was happening and she fulfilled all those promises. We had 215 guests and had a buffet dinner. Everyone was seated comfortably. Beautiful venue and piece of property. Didn’t need a lot of decorations because the venue is so pretty. Thank you Marla for everything. You were wonderful!

Absolutely stunning venue! Everything you could want out of a barn venue - beautiful wood beams, huge chandeliers, a gorgeous bridal suite, and large doors that open to the outside patio! Marla was amazing to work with and was always responsive to any questions that came up. All of our guests commented on how gorgeous the venue was, it truly speaks for itself which made decorating a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to host one of the most memorable moments of our lives! Thank you Marla for being such a wonderful host!

Beautiful Venue The venue made the wedding ceremony and reception a first class day for our family. I recommend this venue in creating a special day for a wedding. The staff and facility are second to none.

We attended an event last night, everything was great!! I took off a star for the bathrooms not equipped with changing tables for babies. Please install changing tables as it was very inconvenient and unhygienic for parents with small children to change them on the floor. Thanks

Beautiful location and building

Marla was fantastic. Day went incredibly well and venue was amazing. Marla repeatedly went above and beyond with our requests, and made everything extremely easy. We would recommend this venue to anyone. Any other future events we might have will absolutely be here.

Beautiful venue - needs better communication If you’re looking for the perfect modern rustic, country venue - this is the place for you! Little to no decoration is needed, since the venue (inside and out) is so beautiful. There were two beautiful chandeliers, a fire place, and plenty of room. Truly the best venue for my dream wedding. The reception was amazing and I received many compliments from our guests. However, my experience with the venue’s expectations and contract could’ve been a lot better. Though this venue offers some flexibility, better communication and clarification would’ve been appreciated.

The Barn at SilverStone Farm My husband and I loved using The Barn as our wedding venue! The interior and exterior are both extremely beautiful! Marla was very responsive to our questions and set everything up perfectly for our special day!

Excellent wedding and event center! Secluded yet conveniently located to everything. SilverStone is visually stunning, modern build with a spacious floor plan designed to handle anything you can throw at her. There is plenty of parking with super easy access for loading and unloading! Bathrooms are generous and will accommodate your maximum capacity event. The staff is kind, helpful, and make you feel at home. Book this gem now... don't hesitate!

This was an absolutely beautiful venue and everyone raved about how stunning it was! Marla was so easy to communicate with and provided so much help to make our event memorable and special! We highly recommend their space!

What a beautiful venue! The Barn has the best of both worlds - a country setting overlooking rolling hills, rustic barn decor but with all the glam! The Stones made sure we had everything that we needed and were very accommodating. Highly recommend The Barn.

The Barn is dreamy! Stunning inside and out. As a professional in the field of weddings I would recommend two things: more seating outside and faster food line. Otherwise, for being a brand new venue .. ITS PERFECT! Anyone looking to have an event, wedding/reception- look no further! I can see this venue booking out well into the future.
